- SB 865 (Brooks) – Adding medetomidine to emergency department urine drug screening requirements and providing for medetomidine awareness education.
- SB 1145 (Brooks) – Requiring the Department of Health to verify whether health care facilities are complying with mandatory reporting requirements for suspected child sexual abuse, and file the report if not, and providing for penalties for failure to file.
- SB 1147 (Mastriano) – Providing Medical Assistance reimbursement to licensed EMS agencies for emergency services provided to patients who decline, or don’t require transportation.
- SB 1196 (Tartaglione) – Prohibiting Medicaid and commercial insurers from imposing less favorable coverage, utilization management, or cost-sharing requirements on non-opioid pain medications than is offered for opioid medications.
- SB 1424 (Cappelletti) –Adding Gaucher disease to Pennsylvania’s Newborn Child Screening Program.
